This research demonstrates that DNA origami nanoparticles (DNA-NPs) presenting ten copies of a reconstituted SARS-CoV-2 receptor binding domain (RBD) trimer, along with CpG adjuvants, elicit a robust protective immune response in mice. The DNA-NP approach shows potential for developing safe and effective vaccines with a prolonged antibody response and effective protection against viral challenge.
