Abstract
This study describes the discovery and preclinical evaluation of MJ04, a novel small molecule inhibitor of JAK3 kinase, showing efficacy in a mouse model of androgenetic alopecia (AGA). MJ04 demonstrated potent JAK3 inhibitory activity in vitro and in vivo, leading to hair regrowth in the AGA model. Further studies investigated its pharmacokinetic properties and safety profile.
