Abstract
This study investigates the impact of corporate digital transformation on disruptive innovation in China from 2010 to 2021, considering the role of entrepreneurship. Using data from China's A-listed firms, the study employs a double fixed-effects model and finds that digital transformation significantly promotes disruptive innovation, with entrepreneurship positively moderating this relationship. Heterogeneity analyses reveal stronger effects in non-SOEs, companies in growth and decline stages, and non-manufacturing companies.
