Abstract
This study addresses educational equity challenges in online engineering practical courses during the COVID-19 pandemic. A digital teaching assistant system was developed to facilitate this reform. The system supports teacher-student interaction and visualizes learning outcomes, using a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) multi-criterion group decision-making model combined with a t-test to evaluate learning outcomes. Results show significantly better academic performance and teacher-student satisfaction compared to other systems, particularly in resource recommendation, interaction, collaboration, and achievement evaluation.
