Abstract
This study investigates the cross-neutralization of Omicron sublineages BA.1, BA.2, and BA.3. Sera from BA.1-infected individuals neutralized BA.1, BA.2, BA.3, and a pre-Omicron strain (USA/WA1-2020). While effective against BA.1, neutralization against BA.2 and BA.3 was significantly reduced (4.2- and 4.4-fold, respectively), highlighting the need for consideration in COVID-19 vaccine strategies.
