Abstract
This study uses a regional transport-energy integrated model to analyze long-term pathways and strategies for a carbon-neutral ground transport sector in China. By creating scenarios based on the Avoid-Shift-Improve framework, the effectiveness and feasibility of low-carbon policy measures are assessed. The simulations highlight synergistic couplings and trade-offs among strategies, suggesting a balanced policy mix to maximize synergies and minimize trade-offs for deep decarbonization.
