Abstract
This study investigates the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate green supply chain efficiency (GSCE) and the moderating role of CEO narcissism. Regression analysis reveals that CSR significantly enhances GSCE. Internal CSR positively impacts GSCE, and this relationship is strengthened by CEO narcissism. Conversely, external CSR negatively impacts GSCE, a relationship also strengthened by CEO narcissism. The study contributes by examining the relationship between CSR and GSCE, decomposing CSR into internal and external aspects, and enriching research on CSR's value creation mechanism through the lens of CEO personality traits.
