This paper analyzes mobility changes in Bogotá, Colombia following the implementation of COVID-19 containment measures. It characterizes the mobility network before and during the pandemic (January-July 2020), observing a general mobility reduction but persistent overall connectivity. A gravity model assesses the effect of socioeconomic conditions on mobility flows, revealing that responses to lockdown policies depend on socioeconomic status. Higher socioeconomic groups showed higher pre-pandemic mobility and greater reductions during lockdown, while lower socioeconomic groups experienced less mobility reduction. Policy implications are discussed.
