Abstract
This paper presents CC-Guardian, an AI agent for managing congenital cataracts. Using Bayesian and deep-learning algorithms, CC-Guardian integrates individualized prediction and scheduling with intelligent telehealth follow-up. The agent demonstrates high accuracy in internal and multi-resource validation. Integrated with a smartphone app and cloud platform, CC-Guardian improves early complication detection, reduces socioeconomic burdens compared to conventional methods, and offers a novel strategy for chronic disease management.
