Artificial Intelligence and Employment: New Cross-Country Evidence

This study adapts an AI occupational impact measure to 23 OECD countries to probe links between AI exposure and employment. While no clear overall relationship emerges, occupations with high computer use see higher employment growth with greater AI exposure, and low-computer-use roles may face reduced hours. The research was conducted by Alexandre Georgieff and Raphaela Hyee.
