Abstract
This paper presents a new mathematical model that integrates the circadian clock and drug metabolism network to determine toxicity profiles for a given drug and cell type in colorectal cancer. The model incorporates external Zeitgebers (e.g., light) to fine-tune toxicity and potentially personalize treatment schedules by aligning drug exposure with a patient's circadian rhythms.
