Researchers compiled 67 datasets including 321,345 smartphone affective well-being ratings and nearly 1,000,000 hours of accelerometer-measured physical activity across 8,223 participants, finding momentary AWB associated with both prior and subsequent short-term PA (within r≈0.04–0.05; between r≈0.08).
