This case report details a young unvaccinated woman who presented with neurological symptoms alongside moderately severe COVID-19 pneumonia. The patient, initially drowsy and confused, exhibited worsening neurological symptoms despite treatment for COVID-19 pneumonia. After excluding infective and cerebrovascular causes, she was diagnosed with encephalopathy and responded well to conservative management, making a full recovery. The case highlights the importance of early recognition and appropriate management of neurological manifestations in COVID-19 patients to improve outcomes.
