This study investigates the relationship between road traffic accessibility and economic growth in the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle in 2019. Using spatial econometric models and accessibility indicators, the research reveals a spatial error effect, highlighting the importance of accessibility. Factors like industrial infrastructure, labor force, and urbanization also significantly impact growth. The study suggests a strong connection between road transportation and economic growth and emphasizes the need for a supportive economic environment.
