This paper presents a general method for fabricating highly efficient perovskite solar cells using any antisolvent. By manipulating the antisolvent application rate, the researchers achieved power conversion efficiencies exceeding 21% with 14 different antisolvents. The key factors influencing perovskite layer quality were identified as the solubility of organic precursors in the antisolvent and its miscibility with the host solvent. This approach also enabled efficient solar cell fabrication from a broad range of precursor stoichiometries.
