Abstract
This study investigates the impact of bricolage strategies on the organizational resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. It explores how the relationship between bricolage and resilience is contingent upon government support and business process innovation. Analysis of the Korean Innovation Survey 2021 reveals that SMEs using bricolage demonstrate greater resilience. However, this effect diminishes with government financial aid or business process innovation, suggesting potential trade-offs between self-reliance and external support or comprehensive innovation.
