To be eligible for the NXT Podcast Bootcamp and Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years old.
- Residency: Be based in one of the following countries:
- Botswana
- Eswatini
- Lesotho
- Malawi
- Namibia
- Zambia
- Zimbabwe
- Travel Capability: Have a valid passport (if outside Namibia) and be able to travel to Windhoek.
- Ethical Commitment: Commit to ethical journalism and its guidelines, such as:
- The Code of Ethics of the Editor's Forum of Namibia.
- The core principles of the Ethical Journalism Network.
- Namibian Code of Ethics.
