Program Overview
Participants will engage in five modules and group discussions facilitated by subject matter experts and tradeswomen coaches. The program is designed to:
- Deliver training on effective mentorship topics.
- Allow participants to complete tasks at their own pace via an online learning platform.
- Schedule group discussions at the end of each module to address key issues.
The full program will take approximately four months to complete.

🎯 Program Outcomes

- Within their unions
- Within the skilled trades community

✅ Program Requirements
Participants who complete the mandatory requirements will receive a CAF-FCA Certificate of Completion. Requirements include:
- Participating in virtual discussions.
- Writing and posting in the Discussion Forum.
- Writing journal entries reflecting upon learned concepts.
- Producing a self-reflection-based final assignment focused on leadership (e.g., essay, PowerPoint, video).
