✅ Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the competition, applicants must meet the following requirements:

General Requirements:

• Be a tech innovator or entrepreneur with bold ambitions to transform industries.
• Offer tech innovations or tech-enabled solutions that address real-world challenges.

Specific Eligibility:

• Be a registered company in the country/region where the competition is held.
• Have been actively operating for 7 years or less.
• Generate revenue between USD $1 million and $15 million, or have raised at least USD $500,000 in equity.
• Be a pure technology or tech-enabled, tech-driven, or tech-led business.
• Not be majority-owned by a large corporate.
• Be able to conduct all pitches in English.
• Be available to pitch at:
  • A country/region semi-final event (if applicable).
  • A country/region final event (virtually).
  • The global final in November 2026 (if selected as a finalist).

Applicants must provide the following details during the application process:

• Company Information: Name, address, registration number, and contact details.
• Team Information: CEO, founder, and management team details.
• Company Overview: A brief description of the company, business model, media coverage, and proprietary technology (maximum 200 words).
• Financial Details: Funding raised to date, 2025 revenue figures, and projections for 2026.
• Logo: A high-resolution image of the company logo.
