- Reporting: Successful recipients must provide annual narrative and financial reports via the LANAS system.
✅ Requirements
To be eligible for the grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants and co-applicants must have relevant experience for the proposed project, and the project must be based in Denmark.
- The main applicant can only apply once per year.
- Applicants can request up to an additional 10% of the total project costs for external evaluation of the project.
- Funding cannot be requested for projects or events that have been held before the expected approval of grants.
📝 Application Date and Process
Submission Guidelines:
- Applications must be submitted via the Lundbeck Foundation’s application system (LANAS).
- Applications can be written in Danish or English. The choice of language will not affect the evaluation.
- Materials submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Application Must Include:
- Purpose and aim(s)
- Target group(s)
- Project description
- Current status (status quo)
- How the project differentiates itself from similar projects
- The demand and need for the project, and why it is relevant now
- Expected impact and indicators
- Future anchoring, dissemination, and scalability of the project
- Detailed budget and justification
- Applicant’s CV
- Letters of support from:
- Host institution
- Relevant institutions, collaborators, patient groups, teachers’ organizations, etc.
- Support letters from organizations outside the core project group are encouraged.
