✅ Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible if:

• You are a for-profit, incorporated startup positively impacting ocean health.
• You have completed at least a Pre-Seed or Seed stage financing round.
• You are an ecopreneur of any age and from any geography.

Note: While many supported companies are actively raising a Seed or Series A round, it is not a requirement to be fundraising at the time of application. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

📝 Application Process

Here’s what happens after you submit your application:

1. Application Form:
   Submit an investment application form with key details about your team, solution, business model, and impact.

2. Initial Review:
   SOA’s investment team reviews your application on a rolling basis. If there’s a potential fit, they will schedule a meeting to learn more about your startup.

3. Diligence & Decision:
   Selected startups undergo a diligence process, including a deeper dive into traction, impact, financials, and market.

4. Investment & Network Onboarding:
   Approved companies receive investment and are formally welcomed into the Ecopreneur Network, unlocking access to mentorship, investor connections, programming, and community.
