  • Facilities of Mosenergo, Rosseti, Transneft, and Rosatom state corporation.

Participants of the fellowship will receive:

• Travel: Round-trip travel from the participant’s place of residence to St. Petersburg.
• Accommodation: Shared double rooms at the UNECON dormitory.
• Scholarship: A one-time payment of RUB 30,000 for the entire duration of the fellowship.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the ASEAN countries.
• Residence: Must reside outside of the Russian Federation.
• Affiliation: No academic or employment affiliation with Russian educational institutions or employers at the time of application.
• Age: Between 21 and 40 years old.
• Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
