For postgraduate studies, only partial tuition fees or small research grants are provided. Approved fellowships are non-transferable to other programs or institutions.

To be eligible for the ITTO Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be nationals of ITTO Member countries.
  2. Awards are granted to individuals, not institutions.
  3. Previous ITTO Fellowship awardees are not eligible to apply for another fellowship within two years of receiving the first award and submitting a final report on the activity for which the award was made.
