Recipients of the Imperial College London (ICL) Jack Hirst Scholarship will receive:
- Full coverage of tuition costs at the overseas rate.
- A stipend of Β£22,780 per year, which is the UKRI rate.
β Eligibility Criteria
This scholarship is open to applicants who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are a Nigerian national.
- You are currently studying or conducting research in Chemistry at a Nigerian academic institution at the time of your application.
- You have received an offer for a place on one of the eligible Chemistry Masterβs courses at Imperial College London for 2026 entry.
- You are not a continuing student (i.e., you must be starting a new course in 2026).

To apply for the scholarship:
- Apply for one of the eligible Chemistry Masterβs courses and receive an offer for 2026 entry.
- Email chemres@imperial.ac.uk by 23:59 (UK local time) on May 22, 2026, clearly stating that you wish to be considered for the scholarship.
