To qualify for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be Israeli journalists aged 21 to 37.
  • Work as regular employees, trainees, or editors for Israeli or Arab media.
  • At least two candidates from Germany and two from Israel will be selected.

  1. A detailed CV with a passport photo.
  2. A letter of motivation.
  3. A journalistic appraisal written by the head of department or editor-in-chief. This letter should:
    • Support the application.

    • Serve as evidence of journalistic experience.
  4. Samples of previous work (optional but recommended).
