The GCC/CDF Global Changemaker Fellowship is a six-month virtual leadership accelerator launched as a collaborative initiative between the Global Changemaker Collective (GCC) and Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF). This program is designed to cultivate a strong pipeline of emerging social change leaders who are actively transforming their local communities.

This immersive program empowers fellows with the skills, tools, mentorship, and global network needed to amplify the impact of their grassroots initiatives. Fellows will engage in:

  • Willingness and ability to commit to a six-month virtual program, including workshops and mentorship sessions.
  • Proficiency in English, as the program is conducted in English.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary technology for virtual participation.
