🌟 About the DFFE Bursary
The DFFE Bursary Program provides financial assistance to full-time students and Grade 12 learners who meet the eligibility criteria. The program is sponsored by the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE).

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the bursary, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a full-time student enrolled in an institution of higher learning or a Grade 12 (Matric) student who is not employed.
- Students who have previously participated in the public service internship program are ineligible.
- Note: Participation in the internship program is mandatory upon completion of studies as part of the bursary contract agreement.
- Regulations prohibit participation in the internship program more than once.
- Clearly indicate the reference number and the study field on the application form.
- Submit a complete application; incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Applications must be submitted using the prescribed bursary application form (Download Form).
- No faxed or emailed applications will be accepted.

Required Documents
All applications must include the following documents:
- A motivation letter explaining why the bursary should be awarded to you.
- Certified copies of qualifications and recent academic records.
- Certified copies of identity documents (applicant and both parents or guardian).
- Proof of registration (if already enrolled in an institution of higher learning).
- Latest Grade 12 results (if currently in high school).
- Proof of parents’ or guardian’s income.
- Proof if parents are deceased.
- Affidavit if parents are not working.
