✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and postgraduates from Sub-Saharan Africa:
  • Applicants must hold a first academic degree for Master’s programs.
  • Applicants must hold a Master’s degree for doctoral programs.
• Scholarships are available for:
  • In-Country scholarships: For studies in the applicant's home country or the country for which they have a residence permit.
  • In-Region scholarships: For studies in another Sub-Saharan African country, outside the applicant's home country or the country for which they do not have a residence permit.
• Female applicants and candidates from less privileged regions or groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
