- Graduates and postgraduates from Sub-Saharan Africa:
- Applicants must hold a first academic degree for Masterβs programs.
- Applicants must hold a Masterβs degree for doctoral programs.
- Scholarships are available for:
- In-Country scholarships: For studies in the applicant's home country or the country for which they have a residence permit.
- In-Region scholarships: For studies in another Sub-Saharan African country, outside the applicant's home country or the country for which they do not have a residence permit.
- Female applicants and candidates from less privileged regions or groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
