✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to any person aged 18 or above from any location.

Artwork Specifications

General Requirements

  1. Must be original works relevant to the theme of the competition.
  2. Each participant may submit up to three illustrations and three animated videos.
  3. Submissions must not have been previously published, awarded, or used for other purposes.
  4. Submissions must not include any identifying marks, such as signatures or symbols.
  5. Each submission must include a short description (30–100 words).

Illustration Category

  • Must be in A3 size (297mm x 420mm) in either horizontal or vertical format.
  • Created in color using any medium (e.g., painting, computer software, mixed media). AI-generated artworks, photographs, and clip art are not accepted.
  • Must be uploaded in JPG format, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi and a file size of no more than 10MB.

Animated Video Category

  • Must be 10–15 seconds long.
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical) or 1:1 (square).
  • Must be uploaded in MP4 or MOV format, with a file size of no more than 30MB.
  • Background music is preferred (must not have copyright issues).
  • Voiceovers are not allowed. Text must be in English.

  • 50 points: Creativity and artistic quality
  • 40 points: Relevance to the theme
  • 10 points: Creative language

Animated Video Category

  • 40 points: Creativity and artistic quality
  • 40 points: Relevance to the theme
  • 10 points: Technical skill
  • 10 points: Creative language
