📖 About ARIPO Young Professionals Programme
The Young Professionals Programme is a well-structured, unique on-the-job learning and development initiative aimed at grooming and nurturing high-potential young professionals. It focuses on individuals from diverse academic backgrounds and specializations aligned with the technical aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) as well as administrative roles. The programme empowers participants to contribute to the socio-economic growth and development of their countries.
🎁 Benefits of ARIPO Young Professionals Programme
Participants in the programme will receive the following benefits:
- Monthly stipend of US$2,500.
- A once-off settling-in grant equivalent to one month’s stipend upon appointment.
- Free travel to the host country on appointment and to the home country upon completion of the programme.
- Medical Aid/Insurance (80% employer and 20% participant).
- Access to annual leave, sick leave, and compassionate leave.
- Group Life, Funeral, and Accident Cover.
- A once-off repatriation grant equivalent to one month’s stipend upon completion of the programme.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the ARIPO Young Professionals Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Studies/Business Administration
- Law
- Business Analytics/Project Management/Strategy
- Telecommunications
- The degree must have been obtained not more than five years before the date of application.
- Applicants must be 28 years or below at the time of application.
