  • All nationalities and citizenships.
  • Nominees who are living at the time of their nomination.
  • Self-nominations are accepted.

📝 Application Process

Submit your nominations via the online submissions portal. The submission form requires the following information:

  1. Nominator's name and contact information.
  2. Nominee's name, title, institutional affiliation, and contact information.
  3. A brief citation (25–30 words) describing the accomplishment(s) for which the individual or organization is nominated.
  4. A longer Nomination Rationale (not to exceed three pages) detailing the accomplishment(s) and their impact.
  5. A CV (five-page maximum) of the nominee(s):
    • For groups of nominees, compile all CVs into a single document.
  6. At least one letter of support written by someone other than the nominator:
    • For self-nominations, at least two letters are required.
    • Optional: An additional letter of support.
  7. Optional: Documentation (e.g., links to books, articles, or other materials) that highlights the significance of the nominee's achievement.
