✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be employed by a news media organization in Africa
Be below age 35
Be below senior management level
Aspire to learn more about the business of news
Aim to become a future news media leader
Be based in Africa full-time
Cannot be part of ownership of the organization
