Twenty-First International Conference on Interdisciplinary Social Sciences
Location: University of Galway, Galway, Ireland
Dates: 15-17 July 2026
Founded in 2006, the Interdisciplinary Social Sciences Research Network is united by a common interest in both disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches. This encompasses the various social sciences, as well as the natural and applied sciences. Our goal is to build an epistemic community that fosters connections across disciplinary, geographic, and cultural boundaries. As a Research Network, we are defined by our scope and concerns, and we are motivated to develop strategies for action framed by our shared themes and tensions.
