This study investigates the work-family conflict levels of female entrepreneurs in Turkey and how these conflicts affect their investment decisions. 348 face-to-face interviews were conducted with female entrepreneurs in four major Turkish cities. Data analysis employed rough set theory to classify entrepreneurs and demonstrate the correlation between conflict and investment decisions. The study contributes to the literature by providing quantitative data on female entrepreneurs in Turkey, their conflict levels, and investment decisions, and introduces a new perspective using rough set theory for classification.
