Abstract
This research investigates stakeholder trends in Turkish sustainability reports (2004-2019), using quantitative content analysis of 179 reports from 26 Borsa Istanbul companies. The study identified 102 stakeholders categorized into 16 groups. Time-series analysis revealed increasing emphasis on employees, with occupational health and safety, diversity, equal opportunity, and talent management emerging as key strategic issues. The research contributes uniquely to both stakeholder and sustainability reporting literature in the Turkish context, offering a pioneering longitudinal analysis.
