Abstract
This study uses a network motif approach and social media data to analyze tourist movement patterns among attractions in Suzhou, China. The research identifies recurring patterns (motifs) in tourist movement and links these motifs to specific attractions and their attributes. Popular attractions play a central role, while others serve distinct functions within the network. The findings highlight the value of network motifs in understanding tourist movement and offer insights for destination marketing and planning.
