Abstract
This study investigates the influence of perceived inequality on vaccination behaviors in South Korea. Path analysis at the individual level and analysis of influenza vaccination records (2015-2021) at the district level reveal that perceptions of inequality negatively affect trust in science and society, subsequently impacting vaccination rates. The findings highlight the crucial role of subjective inequality in shaping public health policy.
