Abstract
This paper presents a theoretical and numerical study of the interplay between geometry and acoustic gain in a topological whispering gallery configuration. The authors predict complex bulk and edge states, compute mode-split resonances, and observe acoustic amplitude saturation depending on the number of activated coated elements. The computational advancements could assist future explorations of thermoacoustic topological properties.
