Abstract
This study assessed a copper ion-based mixed solution (CBMS) as a new antibacterial and antiviral agent for kitchen surfaces. Analysis revealed unique micrometre-sized deposits, termed strongly bonded scaly copper dispersion (SBSCD) structures, responsible for the sustained antibacterial effect. CBMS demonstrates high safety and long-lasting efficacy.
