Abstract

This study investigates the need to reorganize health research systems during pandemic crises. Using a descriptive and analytic approach, along with expert opinions and Mic Mac analysis, the researchers identified key components influencing health research systems and determined their positions within the system. The study highlights the crucial role of research in achieving sustainable development and emphasizes the need for an integrated health research system. The findings reveal that management and leadership are central to the system's effectiveness.
