Abstract
This study argues that there is an identity between the nature of the best constitutional regime and virtuous friendship in Aristotle's political philosophy. It contends that the best constitutional regime, as the perfect end (*telos*), is essentially virtuous friendship, based on the concepts of 'nature', 'human nature', and 'purpose, end'. The paper explores Aristotle's conceptions of nature, human nature, the best constitutional regime, and virtuous friendship to support this claim.
