Abstract
The FAIR Principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) have become a global standard for good data stewardship. The FAIR Cookbook, an open online resource, provides practical guidance and hands-on recipes for implementing FAIR principles in the Life Sciences. Created collaboratively by researchers and data managers, it covers key steps in a FAIRification journey, including levels and indicators of FAIRness, technologies, tools, standards, required skills, and challenges. Part of the ELIXIR ecosystem and recommended by funders, the FAIR Cookbook is open to contributions.
