Abstract
This research analyzes the dilemmas and countermeasures of educational data ethics in the age of intelligent education. Using bibliometric analysis, the study identifies three major problems: (a) privacy violations during data collection, storage, and sharing; (b) the deprivation of independent choice by data prediction; and (c) the lack of "forgetting ability" in data-driven evaluation. Learner-centered solutions are proposed, incorporating blockchain, 5G technology, and federated learning, focusing on establishing data standards, building a new data ecology, and promoting appropriate data use in evaluation. The study offers implications for China and other countries.
