Abstract
This research uses a structural equation model to analyze the impact of various factors on wellness tourism in Sarab County, Iran. A sample of 384 tourists revealed that destination location (climate, positive image, food), and physical, traditional, and historical appeals significantly influence wellness tourism destination choice. The study contributes to understanding and developing wellness tourism globally, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
