Abstract
This paper examines the role of small businesses in stabilizing Alberta's economy. It develops a set of measures for involving small businesses in economic stabilization, using economic monitoring, statistical analysis of the small business sector (pre- and post-pandemic), and qualitative analysis of economic principles. The study highlights the significant contribution of small businesses to Alberta's GDP and proposes policy tools for maximizing their economic impact.
