Abstract
Monolithic all-perovskite tandem photovoltaics offer a promising combination of low cost and high efficiency. This work reports on laser-scribed all-perovskite tandem modules fabricated using scalable methods (blade coating and vacuum deposition), achieving power conversion efficiencies up to 19.1% (12.25 cm² aperture area). Electroluminescence imaging and laser-beam-induced current mapping demonstrate homogeneous current collection, resulting in low losses in open-circuit voltage and fill factor.
