This paper reflects on the co-production of a nature-based intervention for children with ADHD (CONIFAS), highlighting challenges and successes in working with neurodiverse children, their families, and professionals. The study used the Double Diamond model, incorporating discovery, definition, development, and delivery phases. The authors emphasize the importance of adequate resources, power sharing, valuing diverse contributions, building trust, and promoting diversity. Practical tips for co-production, particularly with neurodiverse populations, are offered.
