Abstract
This work establishes a theoretical model of a flexible pressure sensor with a simple laminated and enclosed structure. The electrical constriction effect is introduced to explain the sensitization mechanism and predict sensor performance. Experimental results confirmed the model's effectiveness. The sensor showed excellent stability (3 million cycles) and durability in salt solution. A wearable system for real-time plantar pressure monitoring was also developed for exercise and rehabilitation.
