Abstract

This paper simulates an extended Dicke model using a crystal of ErFeO3, where Er3+ spins act as atoms and Fe3+ magnons as photons. Through terahertz spectroscopy and magnetocaloric effect measurements, a novel atomically ordered phase, alongside superradiant and normal phases, was identified. Phase boundaries, including first- and second-order transitions, were elucidated, laying groundwork for studying multiatomic quantum optics models in solid-state systems.
