Abstract
This study assesses the quality of a Master's Degree in education in Ecuador, jointly delivered by three institutions from 2017 to 2019. A multi-dimensional definition of quality encompassing organization, teaching, and trainee satisfaction was used. A survey of 308 trainee teachers revealed high quality in organization, administration, teaching, and trainee satisfaction with personal and professional benefits. Recommendations include adapting pedagogical content to the Ecuadorian context, modifying face-to-face organization, and leveraging blended learning for continued improvement and internal regulation in Ecuadorian higher education.
